1.1. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the EPIC E WALLET Application («EPIC E WALLET»). These Terms of Use («Terms») set forth the terms and conditions under which you («User» or «You») may access and use the Application.
By downloading, installing, registering or otherwise using the EPIC E WALLET Application, You accept and agree to all of the provisions contained in these Terms, as well as, the policies and guidelines incorporated by reference. If You do not agree with any part of these Terms, You may not use the EPIC E WALLET Application.
These Terms constitute a legally binding contract between the User and EPIC E WALLET, governed by applicable laws. Please read these Terms carefully before using the EPIC E WALLET Application.


1.2. Changes in the Conditions
EPIC E WALLET reserves the right at any time and at its sole and absolute discretion to modify, update or change these Terms. Modifications will be effective upon posting on the Application and/or upon notice to the User. It is the User’s responsibility to periodically review these Terms to be aware of any updates. Your continued use of the EPIC E WALLET Application following the posting of changes will signify your acceptance of the new Terms.

GLOSSARY OF TERMS
eWallet, Wallet: also known as electronic purse or electronic wallet, is a digital space or system that allows the User to store, receive and send money, cryptocurrencies and/or digital assets, always from the perspective of making financial transactions in a technological-digital way.
Exchange: Online platform that facilitates the exchange of cryptocurrencies for other currencies or digital assets.
Blockchain: Decentralized blockchain that records transactions in a secure and transparent manner.
Cryptocurrencies: Digital currencies that use cryptography to guarantee the security of transactions and control the creation of new units.
Identity Verification: Process by which the identity of a User is confirmed through specific documents or methods.
KYC (Know Your Customer): A process that requires companies to verify the identity of their customers to prevent money laundering and other illegal activities.
API (Application Programming Interface): A set of rules that allow applications to communicate with each other.
Token: Digital representation of an asset or right, often blockchain-based.
Volatility: A measure of the variability of an asset’s price over a given period of time.
Fiat: A government-issued currency that has no physical backing, such as the U.S. dollar or the euro.
Cold Wallet: Cryptocurrency storage that is not connected to the Internet, which improves security.
Hot Wallet: Online wallet that is connected to the Internet, used to facilitate quick transactions.
Smart Contract: Stand-alone code that automatically executes terms of an agreement when certain conditions are met.
OTP (One Time Password): Password that is used only once for authentication.
Hash: Value generated by a hash algorithm that represents data or codes.
Faucet: Website that gives away small amounts of cryptocurrencies.
Altcoin: Any cryptocurrency other than Bitcoin.
Hard Fork: An update or change in the code of a cryptocurrency that is not compatible with previous versions, splitting the blockchain in two.
Soft Fork: A smoother update of a cryptocurrency’s code that remains backward compatible.
Mining: The process of validating transactions and adding them to the blockchain through the use of computational power.
Paper Wallet: A physical form of storing private cryptocurrency keys, usually in the form of a printed QR code.
Staking: Participate in the validation of transactions and the creation of blocks in a cryptocurrency network, by keeping a certain amount of coins in a wallet.
Gas: In blockchain networks, the unit that measures the amount of computational work required to process and validate transactions.
Liquidity: The ease with which an asset can be bought or sold in the market without affecting its price.
ATH (All-Time High): The highest price historically achieved by an asset, such as a cryptocurrency.
Bear Market: A market characterized by a persistent decline in prices.
Bull Market: A market characterized by persistent price increases.
DeFi (Decentralized Finance): A blockchain-based financial system that eliminates traditional intermediaries.
Oracle: External data source used in smart contracts to make decisions based on real-world information.
Multi-Signature Wallet: Wallet that requires multiple private keys to authorize a transaction, which increases security.
Transaction History: Detailed record of all transactions made by a user within the EPIC E WALLET Application.
Deposit Money: The process of adding funds to the User’s account in the EPIC E WALLET Application.
Security Token: Physical device or mobile application that generates two-factor authentication codes to enhance account security.
Platform Upgrade: Upgrades or significant changes to the technology infrastructure of the EPIC E WALLET Application.
Wallet Backup: Procedure to create and store backup copies of wallet information to prevent loss of funds.
Inactivity Period: Specific period of time of inactivity after which additional security measures are applied or the User’s session is automatically closed.
Notification of Unusual Activity: Alert sent to the User when potentially suspicious activity is detected in his/her account.
Available Balance: Amount of funds that the User has available for transactions, deducting any reserved balance.
Account Claim: Process to regain access to an account after it has been blocked or suspended.
Geographic Restrictions: Specific limitations based on geographic location that may affect certain EPIC E WALLET Application services.
Legal Restrictions and Obligations: Obligations of the EPIC E WALLET Application and the Users to comply with the Laws of each Country where the application is used.
These terms focus on practical and safety issues related to the use of the EPIC E WALLET Application.

3. KEY DEFINITIONS
3.1 User
Means any natural or legal person who has downloaded, installed, registered or is otherwise using the EPIC E WALLET Application. The User, by using the Application, agrees to comply with these Terms of Use and any applicable policies, additional terms or rules established by EPIC E WALLET.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information, including your password and any other data associated with your account. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify EPIC E WALLET of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of your account security. Failure by the User to comply with these Terms of Use may result in the suspension or termination of the User’s account, as well as any other legal action to which the User may be entitled.
3.2. Account
Refers to the unique identification associated with a User on the EPIC E WALLET Application, which is created during the registration process. The Account includes personal and financial information provided by the User to access the services offered by the Application. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her Account information and all activities that occur under it.
3.3. Funds
Indicates the money or other financial assets that a User has deposited or acquired in the EPIC E WALLET Application. These Funds may be used to carry out various transactions within the Application, such as purchases, investments or transfers. The Funds are associated with the User’s Account and are subject to the deposit, withdrawal and usage policies established by EPIC E WALLET.
3.4. Transactions
It encompasses all financial transactions performed by a User within the EPIC E WALLET Application. This includes, but is not limited to, deposits, withdrawals, purchases, investments, transfers and any movement of Funds or financial assets. Transactions may be subject to specific fees, commissions and conditions, as set forth by EPIC E WALLET in its policies and terms and/or in its terms and conditions.
3.5. Services
3.5.1. Description of Services
EPIC E WALLET provides an online platform that allows Users to access and use a variety of services related to virtual portfolio management, including, but not limited to, buying, selling, storing and managing digital assets.

3.5.2. Service Availability
EPIC E WALLET’s Services are available online and can be accessed from devices connected to the Internet. However, EPIC E WALLET does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Services and reserves the right to perform scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, when necessary, that may affect the temporary availability of the Services.
3.5.3. Service Limitations
EPIC E WALLET strives to provide high quality Services, but recognizes that there are inherent limitations of technology and the cryptocurrency industry. Users understand and agree that the Services may be subject to technical and operational limitations, including processing speed, availability of digital assets and market volatility.
3.5.4. Use of Third-Party Services or Technologies
EPIC E WALLET may use third party services or technologies to provide additional functionality or enhancements to the User experience. Users agree that EPIC E WALLET may share certain information with third parties to improve the Services, its security and its operation.
3.5.5. Service Updates
EPIC E WALLET reserves the right to make updates or modifications to the Services, which may include adding new functionality, correcting errors or removing existing features. Users will be notified in an appropriate manner of such updates, and appropriate provisions regarding the effective date of such modifications will apply.
3.6. Personal Data
Means any information that identifies or relates to a User, including, but not limited to, name, email address, contact information, identification data, financial information and any other information provided by the User during registration or use of the Application.

4. REGISTRATION AND USER ACCOUNTS
4.1. Account Creation
Refers to the process by which a User establishes his or her unique identification on the EPIC E WALLET Application. To create an Account, the User must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. This information may include, but is not limited to, full name, email address, contact details and any other necessary information as determined by EPIC E WALLET.
The User is responsible for ensuring that the information provided during Account creation is accurate, current and truthful. EPIC E WALLET reserves the right to suspend or terminate an Account if false or misleading information is detected during this process.
4.2. Verification of the Account
The process by which EPIC E WALLET may request the User to verify his or her identity and validate the information provided during Account creation is called Account Verification. This process may include the presentation of identification documents, proof of residence or any other information EPIC E WALLET deems necessary to verify the authenticity of the User.
User agrees to cooperate fully with EPIC E WALLET during the Account verification process and to provide any additional documentation required within a reasonable time. Failure to cooperate or failure to satisfactorily complete the verification process may result in the non-opening, suspension or termination of the Account.
4.3. User’s Responsibility
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your Account. You agree to immediately notify EPIC E WALLET of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. EPIC E WALLET shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized actions taken on the User’s Account.
Likewise, the User is responsible for any content that he/she publishes, shares or sends through the Application, as well as for his/her conduct within the platform. The User agrees to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, as well as not to violate the rights of third parties while using the Application.
4.4. Account Closing
4.4.1. Willingness to Close Account
The User has the right to close his/her Account at any time and for any reason.
To request closure of his or her Account, the User must follow the process established by EPIC E WALLET, which may include notification through the Application or contacting customer service.
4.4.2. Effects of Account Closure
By closing the Account, the User agrees that:
4.4.2.1. Deactivation of Access
Access to the Application will be immediately disabled and the User will not be able to access his/her Account or use the Services.
4.4.2.2. Data Deletion
EPIC E WALLET may, at its discretion, delete all Personal Data and information related to the User’s Account. However, certain data may persist on EPIC E WALLET’s systems in accordance with EPIC E WALLET’s data retention and security policies.
4.4.2.3. Available Funds
Any available balance of Funds in the Account will be treated in accordance with the provisions of section 7.1 (Deposits and Withdrawals). Any remaining Funds may be withdrawn by the User prior to the closing of the Account, subject to applicable fees and commissions.
4.4.3. Closure by EPIC E WALLET
EPIC E WALLET reserves the right to close a User’s Account at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to:

4.4.3.1. Violation of the Terms of Use
The User has violated any provision of these Terms of Use or has engaged in activities that violate EPIC E WALLET’s policies.
4.4.3.2. Law Enforcement
The User has allegedly engaged in illegal or fraudulent activities, or the User’s Account is related to allegedly criminal or suspected criminal activities.
4.4.3.3. Safety Risks
The security of the Account or the Application is at risk due to suspicious or unauthorized activity.
4.4.4. Account Closure Notification
In the event that EPIC E WALLET decides to close the User’s Account, it will endeavor to notify the User of this decision and the reasons for it, unless there are circumstances that preclude such notification.

5. PRIVACY AND SECURITY
5.1. Privacy Policy
The Privacy Policy regulates the collection, use, storage and disclosure of personal data provided by Users. EPIC E WALLET is committed to protecting the privacy of its Users and to complying with all applicable data privacy laws and regulations. The Privacy Policies describe in detail how personal data is handled, what information is collected and how it is used.
By using the Application, the User agrees to EPIC E WALLET’s Privacy Policy. Users are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy carefully and to contact EPIC E WALLET if they have any questions or concerns about how their personal data is handled.
Account Security
Account Security is of utmost importance to EPIC E WALLET. Appropriate technical and organizational security measures are implemented on an ongoing basis to protect the User’s Account information from unauthorized access, misuse, unauthorized disclosure or alteration; however, the User should be aware that no security measures are absolute and, therefore, should take precautions to ensure the security of his or her Account.
It is the User’s responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of his/her login information, including the password and any other data related to his/her Account. EPIC E WALLET shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the disclosure of this information to third parties or the unauthorized use of the User’s Account.
Unauthorized Access
Unauthorized Access refers to access to the User’s Account or information by third parties without the User’s consent. EPIC E WALLET strives to prevent and mitigate any attempt of unauthorized access to the Application. If the User suspects or detects any suspicious or unauthorized activity on his/her Account, he/she agrees to inform EPIC E WALLET immediately so that appropriate action can be taken to safeguard the security of the Account.
EPIC E WALLET shall not be liable for any loss or damage that may arise as a result of unauthorized access to the User’s Account, unless due to a proven failure in the security measures implemented by EPIC E WALLET.
Data Protection
5.4.1. User Privacy
EPIC E WALLET is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of its Users. The collection, use and protection of Personal Data are subject to applicable data protection laws and EPIC E WALLET’s Privacy Policy.
5.4.2. Data Collection

EPIC E WALLET will use the User’s Personal Data for the following purposes:

To enable the User to access and use the Application Services, including managing the Account and conducting Transactions.
5.4.3.2. Communication
To maintain effective communication with the User, including notifications about updates, transactions, offers or changes to the Terms of Use.
5.4.3.3. Legal Compliance
To comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations, including the prevention of illegal activities and verification of the User’s identity.
5.4.4. Data Protection and Data Security
EPIC E WALLET employs appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect the User’s Personal Data against unauthorized access, loss, disclosure or destruction. Data security is governed by EPIC E WALLET’s data security policies and procedures.
5.4.5. Data Access and Modification
The User has the right to access, rectify or delete his/her Personal Data, as well as to exercise other rights related to data protection. To do so, the User may contact EPIC E WALLET customer service.
5.4.6. Data Retention
EPIC E WALLET will retain the User’s Personal Data for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes set forth in these Terms of Use and as required by applicable law. At the end of the retention period, EPIC E WALLET will securely delete or anonymize the Personal Data.
5.4.7. Cookies Policy
EPIC E WALLET may use cookies or other tracking technologies on the Application to enhance the User’s experience. EPIC E WALLET’s Cookie Policy provides detailed information about the use of cookies and how the User can manage their preferences.

6. USE OF THE APPLICATION
6.1. Purpose of the Application
The purpose of the Application is to provide the User with a platform to access and manage their financial assets efficiently and securely. The EPIC E WALLET Application allows the User to perform various financial transactions, including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, purchases, investments and transfers. The main objective is to provide a transparent and convenient User experience in managing their funds and assets.
You agree to use the Application only for the purposes set forth in this section and in accordance with these Terms of Use and any other policies or guidelines provided by EPIC E WALLET. Any use of the Application in violation of these terms is strictly prohibited.
Prohibition of Activities
The User agrees not to engage in any of the following activities while using the EPIC E WALLET Application:
a. Illegal Activities: Engaging in activities that violate applicable laws, regulations or rules, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing or any other illegal activity.
b. Copyright Infringement: Copying, distributing, modifying or using copyrighted content without proper authorization.
c. Fraud and Impersonation: Performing fraudulent acts, impersonating another person or entity, or providing false information.
d. Harassment or Abuse: Engaging in abusive conduct, harassing, threatening or discriminating against other Users of the Application.
e. Damage to the Application: Attempting to damage, modify, disable or overload the Application or EPIC E WALLET’s servers.
f. Spam or Unwanted Advertising: Sending unsolicited mail, unsolicited messages, unauthorized promotions or any form of spam.
g. Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decipher, decompile or reverse engineer the Application or any part thereof.
These activity prohibitions are intended to ensure proper use of the Application and to maintain a safe and legal environment for all Users. Failure to comply with these prohibitions may result in suspension or termination of the User’s account, as well as appropriate legal action.
6.3. User’s Responsibility
The User is fully responsible for his/her conduct and actions while using the EPIC E WALLET Application. By making use of the Application, the User agrees to:
a. Accuracy of Information: Provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and in any other interaction with the Application.
b. Proper Use: Use the Application in a manner that complies with these Terms of Use and any additional policies, terms or rules established by EPIC E WALLET. Any unauthorized or fraudulent use of the Application is prohibited.
c. Maintaining Security: Maintain the confidentiality of your login information and promptly notify EPIC E WALLET of any unauthorized access to your Account or any other security issues.
d. Legal Compliance: Comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Application. The User is responsible for any legal consequences resulting from its use of the Application in a manner not in compliance with the law.
e. Interaction with Third Parties: Understand that any interaction with third parties, whether on or off the Application, is subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties, and the User must comply with those terms and conditions.
Access and Availability
a. Availability: The EPIC E WALLET Application is provided on an «as is» and «as available» basis. EPIC E WALLET does not warrant that the Application will always be available without interruption, error or defect. Availability may be subject to scheduled maintenance, upgrades or circumstances beyond EPIC E WALLET’s control.
b. Access: EPIC E WALLET reserves the right to limit, suspend or terminate a User’s access to the Application at any time and for any reason, including violations of these Terms of Use.
c. Responsibility for Access: The User is responsible for ensuring that it has access to the resources necessary to use the Application, including, but not limited to, Internet access and compatible devices.
d. Updates and Errors: The User understands that the Application may contain errors or require updates and agrees to receive these updates in order to continue using the Application optimally.
6.5. Acceptable Conduct
6.5.1. Responsible Use of the Application
The User must agree to use the EPIC E WALLET Application in a responsible and ethical manner. This includes, but is not limited to:
6.5.1.1. Law Enforcement
The User must comply with all applicable Laws and regulations in its jurisdiction with respect to the use of the Application. This includes laws relating to cryptocurrencies, finance and consumer protection.
6.5.1.2. Respect for the Rights of Others
The User must not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights or any other rights of third parties when using the Application. This includes the prohibition to upload, distribute or use copyrighted content without proper authorization.
6.5.2. Activity Prohibitions
Certain activities on the EPIC E WALLET Application are prohibited, including, but not limited to:
6.5.2.1. Illegal Activities
The User must not use the Application to carry out illegal, fraudulent or criminal activities.
6.5.2.2. Abuse or Harassment
Harassment, intimidation or abuse of other Users or related EPIC E WALLET personnel is not permitted.
6.5.2.3. Malicious Use
The User must not perform malicious actions that may affect the security of the Application or other Users, including introducing viruses, malware or conducting phishing attacks.
6.5.2.4. Falsification of Identity
Falsification of identity, impersonation or providing false information during registration or use of the Application is prohibited.
6.5.2.5. Unauthorized Commercial Use
Users must not use the Application for unauthorized commercial purposes, such as unsolicited advertising or promotion of products or services without EPIC E WALLET’s permission.

6.5.3. Consequences of Unacceptable Conduct
EPIC E WALLET reserves the right to take appropriate action in the event of unacceptable conduct by a User, which may include suspension or closure of the Account and cooperation with legal authorities in the prosecution of illegal activities.

7. FUNDS AND TRANSACTIONS
7.1. Deposits and Withdrawals
7.1.1. Deposits
Deposits refer to the action of adding funds to the User’s account within the EPIC E WALLET Application. User may make deposits by following the procedures and methods established by EPIC E WALLET. The Application may allow various deposit methods, which shall be subject to the specific policies and terms provided by EPIC E WALLET.
The User is solely responsible for ensuring that the deposit details and methods are correct and accurate. Any errors in the deposit process not attributable to EPIC E WALLET shall be the sole responsibility of the User.
7.1.2. Withdrawals
Withdrawals involve the action of withdrawing funds from the User’s account on the EPIC E WALLET Application. User may request withdrawals by following the procedures and methods established by EPIC E WALLET. Withdrawals may be subject to timing policies, fees and other specific terms provided by EPIC E WALLET.
The User agrees that withdrawals will be subject to security checks and internal procedures established by EPIC E WALLET. EPIC E WALLET reserves the right to withhold or refuse a withdrawal if fraudulent activity is suspected or if the necessary requirements for withdrawal are not met.
